Help with live prices, nearby restaurants, Community, and account deletion for Pizza Scout in Fairfax County, Virginia.
Prices not loading
- Confirm your iPhone has an internet connection.
- Pull down or tap refresh to request current prices.
- Wait briefly and try again if a provider is temporarily unavailable.
Community is offline
Pizza Scout may show saved reviews if the Community service cannot be reached. Reconnect to the internet and refresh the Community screen.
Delete Community data
Open Settings → Privacy & community data, then choose Delete community account and data. This permanently removes the anonymous account and its Community activity.
Report or block
Use the ellipsis menu on a Community review to report inappropriate content or block its author. Blocked authors are removed from your Community feed.
Price and availability notice
Prices, coupons, taxes, delivery fees, and availability can change. Pizza Scout helps compare available information, but the retailer or restaurant checkout page always determines the final price.
Contact support
When requesting help, include your iPhone model, iOS version, the screen where the problem occurred, and a screenshot when appropriate. Never send access tokens, retailer credentials, payment details, or other sensitive information.
