SoloBiz Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SoloBiz Invoice & Estimate (“SoloBiz”) handles information when you use the app.
Information Stored in the App
SoloBiz allows you to enter business information, client information, invoices, estimates, line items, payment terms, and related business records. This information is stored locally on your device for the purpose of providing the app’s features.
Accounts and Sign-In
SoloBiz does not require you to create an account or sign in to use the app.
Sharing
When you choose to share an invoice or estimate, SoloBiz uses the standard iOS share sheet. The destination you choose—such as Mail, Messages, AirDrop, or Files—is handled by Apple or the selected third-party app according to its own privacy practices.
Purchases
If you purchase or restore SoloBiz Pro, the transaction is processed through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit services. SoloBiz does not receive your full payment card information.
Data Collection by AtlasCore Consulting LLC
SoloBiz does not require a developer-operated account or custom cloud server to use the app. AtlasCore Consulting LLC does not intentionally collect the business records you create in SoloBiz through the app.
Support Communications
If you contact support, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message content, and any screenshots or diagnostic details you send us. We use that information only to respond to your support request.
Children’s Privacy
SoloBiz is a general business productivity app and is not specifically directed to children.
Security
Because SoloBiz stores app data locally on your device, the security of that information also depends on the security of your device and your iOS settings. We recommend using a device passcode and keeping iOS up to date.
